A union representing stage directors and choreographers nationally was losing staff hours every week to manual administrative processes — processes that had grown beyond their original design as the organization’s membership and scope expanded.
Highdive mapped the internal workflows supporting member interactions across three distinct organizational entities, each with its own website, brand, and audience. We identified where processes were redundant, where staff were manually doing work that could be automated, and where the member experience was inconsistent across touchpoints.
The engagement produced streamlined workflows, a content management infrastructure that gave staff control across all three properties from a single system, and a clearer, more consistent member experience. The organization continues to work with Highdive on ongoing process improvement and automation.
