A major North American convenience retail brand needed to give customers a consistent, seamless digital experience across a large franchise network — including a store locator, promotional tools, and a mobile application — while giving internal teams a manageable way to maintain and report on the data behind it.

Highdive led the experience strategy and omnichannel design, ensuring that the customer journey was consistent whether accessed via web, mobile, or social platforms. We mapped the customer journey across channels and worked with internal stakeholders to align the digital experience with in-store expectations.
